📋 Description

  • Front-line technical lead for the SaaS team
  • Maintain Kustomer CRM and liaise with suppliers/internal teams
  • Define/change process flows and business rules; regression testing
  • Deploy monitoring tools; analyze performance and generate reports
  • Manage UJET telecoms system: queues, roles, permissions, maintenance
  • Administer Google Customer Experience Suite (CCX) and build automation with N8N

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience as Senior Application Support or Engineer with large CRM/telecom systems
  • Degree in a technical subject or industry certificates
  • Strong knowledge of Kustomer or CRM (Zendesk, Salesforce)
  • Strong knowledge of UJET or Google CX Suite (CCAI) and CCaaS systems
  • Strong focus on customer service and IT security
  • Ability to work independently and in a team; flexible hours
