🎯 Requirements
- Proven experience as Senior Application Support or Engineer with large CRM/telecom systems
- Degree in a technical subject or industry certificates
- Strong knowledge of Kustomer or CRM (Zendesk, Salesforce)
- Strong knowledge of UJET or Google CX Suite (CCAI) and CCaaS systems
- Strong focus on customer service and IT security
- Ability to work independently and in a team; flexible hours
