🎯 Requirements
- Degree in Business, Compliance, Audit, Risk, or related field, or equivalent.
- 10+ years of compliance, legal, or risk management in fintech or payments.
- Experience applying Regulation E, NACHA, UDAAP, and FCRA.
- Deep understanding of payment clearing, settlement, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in second line of defense advising first line.
- Strong policy development and monitoring capabilities.
