🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/engineering preferred
  • 3+ years in Zoom Contact Center and UC environments
  • Experience with CCaaS architecture for complex needs
  • 2+ years of software development (JavaScript, Python, Java, C++) and testing real-time systems
  • CRM integrations with Salesforce, Dynamics, ServiceNow or Zendesk
  • Knowledge of SIP, RESTful APIs, WebRTC, and modern SSO/identity management
