Lead delivery of implementations and migrations across PM, FA, SA, and stream leads.
Collaborate with business and tech stakeholders to optimize and harmonize processes.
Build trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams and partners.
Contribute to internal initiatives to improve service quality and delivery frameworks.

🎯 Requirements

6+ years in SaaS implementation projects in PM, FA, SA, or PO.
Familiarity with CRM ecosystems.
Strong consulting background; able to architect and manage stakeholder relationships.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work remotely across multiple assignments.
Willing to travel ~20%.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
