🎯 Requirements

5+ years in full lifecycle recruiting or sourcing (Accounting Advisory, PE, Big 4).
Sourcing expert: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, Google Xray; Finance/Accounting recruitment.
Proven ability to create outstanding candidate experiences.
Able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative, excellent, and able to work independently.
Professionalism, discretion, and trust with candidates and leaders.
