Senior Consultant, SOC 2 Assessment

📋 Description

• Lead SOC 2, SOC 1 and C5 audits; plan, review evidence, interview clients.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks.
• Prepare, review, and approve assessment reports.
• Manage project priorities, hours with PM to meet delivery targets.
• Mentor junior staff and interface with clients at all levels.
• Up to 20% travel.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Systems, CIS, MIS or IT.
• 3-5 years in security frameworks and regulatory requirements (SOC 2, ISO, NIST).
• Ability to evaluate design and effectiveness of technology controls.
• Proven ability to lead projects and teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication; client-facing.
• Willingness to train and mentor junior staff.
