- Experience working in crossâfunctional, agile delivery teams.
- Ability to simplify complex financial concepts into clear, customerâfriendly language.
- Familiarity with design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma) and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin are an advantage.
