- Own and manage services P&L including revenue and margins
- Drive forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning for services
- Monitor project financials and take corrective actions to protect margins
- Develop and track KPIs such as utilization and revenue per resource
- Ensure accurate project accounting: revenue recognition and cost tracking
- Partner with delivery teams on budget vs. actuals across engagements
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Management or Accounting preferred
- 3+ years of P&L and project accounting experience
- 3+ years managing project margins and utilization for SaaS or equivalent
- 2 years of project management experience with budget management responsibility
- Experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders (technical and non-technical)
- Experience with Changepoint is a plus
