🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in Insurance with a focus on digital transformation across Operations, Underwriting, Distribution or Claims.
- 3+ years in digital transformation, agile transformation, operational excellence or target operating model in Insurance.
- Strong understanding of the project lifecycle and applying it to process design and system implementation.
- Business analysis experience in insurance capability uplift and digital ways of working.
- Experience on large-scale program initiatives, reporting to senior stakeholders and managing multiple teams.
- Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
