  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to document business requirements.
  • Define success criteria, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead discovery workshops and design reviews for solutions.
  • Translate objectives into Genesys Cloud designs and configurations.
  • Configure Genesys Cloud components: Telephony, Flows, Outbound Dialer, WEM.
  • Support go-live, post-launch stabilization, and issue resolution.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience with Genesys Cloud CX in delivery or consulting.
  • Strong understanding of contact center operations and CX concepts.
  • Bridge business requirements and technical implementation.
  • Experience in client-facing project delivery.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Genesys Cloud certification strongly preferred; hands-on experience ok.
