๐ฏ Requirements
- 3+ years' experience with Genesys Cloud CX in delivery or consulting.
- Strong understanding of contact center operations and CX concepts.
- Bridge business requirements and technical implementation.
- Experience in client-facing project delivery.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Genesys Cloud certification strongly preferred; hands-on experience ok.
