  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
  • Define success criteria, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead discovery workshops, solution walkthroughs, and design reviews.
  • Translate business objectives into Genesys Cloud designs and configs.
  • Design and configure Genesys Cloud capabilities (Voice, Flows, Dialer, Reporting, WEM).
  • Support go-live, production cutovers, and post-launch stabilization.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience with Genesys Cloud CX in delivery or consulting.
  • Strong understanding of contact center operations and CX concepts.
  • Bridge business requirements and technical implementation.
  • Experience in client-facing project delivery.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Genesys Cloud certification strongly preferred; hands-on experience considered.
