π― Requirements
- 7+ years in Financial Services with digital/data/operational transformation
- 3+ years in digital transformation, agile delivery, operating excellence, process redesign, or target operating model implementation
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies and hands-on design/implementation of systems and processes
- Proven ability to deliver large-scale programmes and coordinate cross-functional teams with senior stakeholders
- Excellent relationship-building skills and proactive risk mitigation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
