Senior Consultant - Financial Due Diligence - Private Equity Advisory

📋 Description

• Perform financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side, incl. QOE
• Analyze working capital, cash flows and key metrics
• Review GAAP and other financial statements
• Deliver Excel analyses and PowerPoint summaries
• Manage multiple projects with timely, accurate deliverables
• Collaborate with CFOs/Controllers to gather data and insights
• Use Excel, Power BI, Alteryx to analyze data and identify trends
• Embrace firm-approved AI tools to boost productivity
• Mentor junior team members and foster collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• 2–6 years in audit and/or financial due diligence, Big 4 preferred
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial statement analysis
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI/Alteryx a plus
• Comfort with AI; use firm-approved tools to boost productivity
• Continuous learning mindset; openness to AI/automation per policy
• Analytical, organized, and strong communication; manage priorities
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• CPA preferred (inactive OK); CFA and advanced degrees valued
