Senior Consultant- Financial Due Diligence Analytics

📋 Description

• Execute buy-/sell-side FDD workstreams incl. QOE, NWC, EBITDA.
• Analyze large datasets to identify performance trends, margins, and risks.
• Build models, data pipelines, and dashboards (Power BI/Tableau/SQL/Snowflake).
• Draft client reports, exec summaries, and data books.
• Interview executives and coordinate with tax, legal, IT, and DD teams.
• Apply SQL, Python, R, Alteryx to automate data processing.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in financial due diligence or related advisory.
• Know QOE, NWC, and EBITDA in M&A contexts.
• Proficient with tools: Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Python, or R.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving under tight timelines.
• Experience collaborating in teams and managing workstreams.
• Willing to travel up to 30% and adopt AI tools.
