- Strong hands-on Dynamics 365 (CRM).
- Power Platform expertise: Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Automate, PCF.
- Production support experience (AMS/Managed Services).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Omnichannel / CCaaS solutions.
- Azure integration services (Logic Apps, Functions, Dataverse APIs).
- Code reviews, debugging, performance optimization.
