Support FINRA registration processes for broker-dealer clients, including onboarding, transfers, and renewals
Lead business analysis for regulatory and operational initiatives and design for the new Registrations platform
Review and prioritize business requirements with IT
Manage projects: prioritize, unblock issues, and communicate with stakeholders
Assist with user testing and signoffs for production deployments

🎯 Requirements

5+ years as a Business Analyst in broker-dealer or Capital Markets
Experience supporting FINRA registrations or regulatory platforms
Strong knowledge of broker-dealer regulations, FINRA rules, and licensing exams
Understanding of upstream/downstream applications and data
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies; JIRA and TFS
Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
