Lead Vault Quality implementation projects for QualityOne customers
Gather functional/technical requirements, design, configure and validate Vault solutions
Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and forecasting
Coordinate communications among customers, partners and internal teams
Deliver training sessions for customer teams (train-the-trainer)
Align solutions with industry best practices and customer needs

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in professional IT services consulting with project leadership
Experience with Quality processes in regulated industries
Experience configuring/architecting enterprise software (TrackWise, MasterControl, SAP, ServiceNow)
Strong project management and delivery skills
Excellent English, verbal and written
Based in Sydney or Melbourne with legal right to work
