🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field
- 4+ years of investment management software implementation in customer-facing roles
- Deep knowledge of portfolio accounting, reconciliation, and investment reporting
- Understanding of equities, fixed income, derivatives, and FX
- Experience with customer training, escalations, and solution delivery
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently
