🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years with IBM Workload Scheduler (TWS/IWS) or HWA.
- Architect enterprise workload automation in hybrid cloud environments.
- Deep understanding of job scheduling concepts: streams, dependencies, calendars.
- Experience integrating HWA/IWS with SAP, Oracle, AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitOps, ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in UNIX/Linux and Windows; scripting (Shell, Python, PowerShell); REST/SOAP APIs.
- Upgrades/installations of IWS/HWA; agent installations (FTA/DA/XA/SA); SSL/cert management; CLI (conman/composer); bulk operations and plugins.
- Exposure to Camunda BPMN and event-driven orchestration.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management; travel readiness.
