- Conduct workshops, gather requirements, design and validate Vault solutions
- Manage project timelines, resources, budget tracking and forecasting
- Manage communication between project team, customer, partners and stakeholders
- Lead or contribute training sessions for customer teams (train-the-trainer)
- Collaborate with customers' IT/business stakeholders to align to best practices
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in professional IT services consulting, leading projects
- Experience with Quality processes in regulated industries
- Experience configuring enterprise software (TrackWise, MasterControl, SAP, ServiceNow, etc.)
- Driven, proactive professional with ability to define and influence solutions
- Strong project management and delivery skills
- Excellent English, verbal and written
