Senior Construction Accountant

📋 Description

• Oversee general accounting: GL, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records and reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting
• Maintain internal controls and support process improvement
• Oversee invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years accounting exp; 2+ years in leadership
• Construction/contracting industry exp preferred
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, GL, and internal controls
• Experience with QuickBooks and advanced Excel
• Buildops, Sage, Procore exp is a plus
• Payroll processing and basic HR functions preferred
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced env
