- 10–15+ years in platform partnerships or API ecosystems.
- Experience with API-first platforms (Stripe, Shopify, Twilio) or large marketplaces with complex integrations.
- Commercial fluency; structure, negotiate, and close deals with senior stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset; tie partner decisions to Airbnb North Star outcomes.
- Technical depth; understand connectivity integrations and work with product/engineering.
- Ownership and execution; bias for action in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
