Create manufacturing work instructions.
Partner with design engineering to lead hardware development strategy.
Design tooling and fixtures for assembly and test.
Collaborate with design, test, technicians, and shop for high-volume production.
Support component testing through development, qualification, and acceptance.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in technical discipline.
5+ years building, manufacturing, testing hardware.
Hands-on experience with hardware.
Interfacing with design, manufacturing, and production teams.
Experience authoring work instructions to build complex assemblies.
Fluids, thermal, and mechanical engineering fundamentals.
