Senior Component Manufacturing Engineer, Valves

📋 Description

• Have end-to-end hardware manufacturing ownership of Terran R valves.
• Create manufacturing work instructions.
• Partner with design engineering to lead development strategy for hardware.
• Design tooling and fixtures for assembly and test.
• Collaborate with design, test engineers, technicians, and machine shop for hardware development and production.
• Support component testing through development, qualification, and acceptance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technical discipline.
• 5+ years building, manufacturing, testing, or troubleshooting hardware in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with hardware.
• Experience interfacing with design engineering, manufacturing, and production personnel.
• Experience authoring work instructions to build complex assemblies.
• Experience applying engineering fundamentals in fluids, thermal, and mechanical.
