🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in law, business, economics, or related field.
• 4-6 years in compliance, risk management, or legal/finance.
• Experience in program/project management and risk assessment.
• Experience in goals/metrics and executive-level reporting.
• Strong async/sync communication with distributed teams.
• Remote-first mindset and ethical, proactive attitude.
