🎯 Requirements
- 5–7+ years in a compliance advisory or product role (fintech).
- Deep SME in Payments/ACH, Lending, or Credit Cards.
- Proven experience partnering with product teams on regulatory matters.
- Strong knowledge of consumer protection, financial crime, licensing, and reporting.
- Ability to evaluate new or emerging products and design mitigations.
- Strong PM skills and ability to drive execution.
🎁 Benefits
- Base salary NYC/LA/SEA/SF Bay Area: $171,000-$213,700 USD.
- US outside major areas: $153,900-$192,300 USD.
- Canada employees: CAD 161,600-201,900 CAD.
