🎯 Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, governance, audit, or related field
- Hands-on CMS experience: issues management, policy governance, risk assessments, or third-party risk
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail
- Comfort working across multiple workstreams and partnering with senior stakeholders
- Ability to build structure and processes in a fast-paced, evolving environment
