Senior Compliance Reporting Analyst

📋 Description

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc compliance reporting for leadership and the Board.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Planview, and other tools.
• Serve as the analytics SME, translating data from multiple sources into insights.
• Document and maintain reporting methodologies, data standards, and controls for accuracy and auditability.
• Partner with Compliance SMEs, business lines, IT, and Data Governance to resolve data quality issues.
• Prepare regulatory, audit, and internal reports and documentation, including support during examinations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience analyzing and reporting on compliance information within banking, auditing, operations, lending, regulatory examination, loan review, or legal functions.
• Equivalent education/experience considered.
