🎯 Requirements
- 4-6 years in payment, compliance, or risk ops.
- Direct experience with sponsor bank programs or embedded payments.
- Familiar with major payment rails (ACH, wire, instant payments).
- Knowledge of NACHA Rules, ACH return processes, and return-rate risk.
- Proven track record of increasing responsibilities in Payments Ops/Compliance.
- Nice-to-have: Real estate/PropTech experience or sponsor-bank oversight exposure.
