• Enforce and develop robust compliance & risk policies tailored to product lines.
• Collaborate with product teams to embed compliance into design and operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in compliance/risk/ops in fintech or regulated setting; 1+ year in compliance.
• Advanced knowledge of compliance systems & frameworks in financial services.
• Self-starter who leads operational improvements with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; able to prioritize.
• Analytical skills with data analysis and pattern identification.
• Experience leveraging AI in compliance management or fraud detection.
