- Define governance structures including escalation pathways, board reporting, and risk appetite

- Build and lead a high-performing compliance team
- Advise the Crypto business on new products and growth initiatives
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in financial services compliance; 2+ years in a senior role in digital assets/fintech
- Proven track record building compliance frameworks from the ground up
- Strong crypto-specific compliance: blockchain analytics, travel rule, AML monitoring
- Experience engaging regulators and managing regulatory examinations
- US and/or APAC regulatory exposure is a strong advantage
- ACAMS or equivalent professional qualification preferred
