- Lead deep-dive, risk-based reviews with clear scope and findings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define review scope, remediation actions, and tracking.
- Provide analysis and recommendations to strengthen compliance processes.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management, Board, and regulators.
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in compliance or audit in banking/fintech.
- Hands-on experience designing and executing compliance control reviews or audit programs.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills; ability to present complex information clearly.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills across regions and functions.
- Nice to have: Prior experience as ex-regulator or ex-auditor in UAE.
- Nice to have: Prior experience in the crypto industry.
