Senior Compliance Manager & MLRO, SG

📋 Description

• Own and develop Singapore FCC compliance framework within Airwallex.
• Lead AML program development, maintenance, and regulatory interactions.
• Manage day-to-day BAU tasks: EDD approvals, name-screen escalations, SAR filings.
• Represent Airwallex with regulators and financial partners; provide internal advisory.
• Develop and manage monitoring/reporting for senior management, audit committee, and board.
• Drive internal controls, policy design, and coordinate internal audits/regulatory reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years financial crimes compliance in MAS-regulated FI.
• English fluency (written and verbal).
• Strong stakeholder engagement and multitasking under deadlines.
• Experience as MLRO; regulator interactions.
• Understanding of the payments industry (preferred).
• Auditing background (preferred).
