Own and develop the Indonesia FCC compliance framework aligned to Airwallex global standards
Manage departmental and individual targets for the FCC team
Oversee AML regulatory interactions, examinations, and ad hoc requests
Represent Airwallex with regulators and financial partners
Develop, implement, and maintain an AML program
Manage day-to-day AML BAU tasks including EDD and SARs

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 8 years in financial crimes compliance at BI-licensed financial institution
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Credible stakeholder engagement and management skills
Experience as MLRO and with regulators (preferred)
Understanding of the payments industry (preferred)
