Coordinate with regulators and manage licensing applications.
Analyse products and ensure 2LOD controls meet regulatory obligations.
Advise on regulatory changes to manage risk across jurisdictions.
Develop policies and processes for regulatory risk in the first line.
Deliver the Compliance Monitoring Program and staff training.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in compliance in regulated finance/FinTech.
Regulatory laws and practices in Indonesia and wider Asia.
Data proficiency for strategic decision-making.
Strategic, creative problem solving in regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication with regulators, executives and staff.
Experience building a payments compliance program; licensing exposure; Bank Indonesia/Asia regulators preferred.
