🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or related field.
- 3–5+ years in compliance, risk management, or payment processing.
- Familiarity with card network rules (Visa, Mastercard) and OFAC.
- Strong analytical skills to assess risk.
- Strong communication skills to convey regulatory information clearly.
- Ability to provide structured updates to cross-functional partners and leadership.
