📋 Description

  • Equity Administration: manage full lifecycle of equity plans and grants.
  • Partner with vendor to manage equity plans and grant documents.
  • Data entry and tracking: ensure accurate data, vesting milestones, and reporting.
  • Monthly/quarterly reports: reconcile share activity, expenses, and balances.
  • Cross-functional processing with finance, legal, tax, payroll for equity.
  • Records and education: maintain equity records and share pools; support employee education.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or HR.
  • 5+ years in stock plan administration or equity compensation.
  • 3+ years administering compensation.
  • CEP designation level I or higher preferred.
  • Strong understanding of stock-based compensation accounting (ASC 718).
  • Hands-on experience with equity management platforms.
