- Equity Administration: manage full lifecycle of equity plans and grants.
- Partner with vendor to manage equity plans and grant documents.
- Data entry and tracking: ensure accurate data, vesting milestones, and reporting.

- Cross-functional processing with finance, legal, tax, payroll for equity.
- Records and education: maintain equity records and share pools; support employee education.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or HR.
- 5+ years in stock plan administration or equity compensation.
- 3+ years administering compensation.
- CEP designation level I or higher preferred.
- Strong understanding of stock-based compensation accounting (ASC 718).
- Hands-on experience with equity management platforms.
