- Strong analytical skills; build models, market analyses; translate data to narratives.
- Workday compensation experience: cycle management, job profiles, pay ranges, reporting.
- Experience supporting global job architecture and job leveling.
- Strong written and verbal communication; creating training materials and compensation education.
- Support equity plan education with Stock Administration across countries.
