- Strong knowledge of job architecture, market pricing, internal equity, pay governance.
- Hands-on in compensation surveys; Aon experience preferred.
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivots.
- Experience working with global remote teams across time zones.
