🎯 Requirements

  • 5-7 years of progressive compensation experience.
  • Global/distributed workforce experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of job architecture, market pricing, internal equity, pay governance.
  • Hands-on in compensation surveys; Aon experience preferred.
  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivots.
  • Experience working with global remote teams across time zones.
