Senior Compensation Partner

📋 Description

• Program manage mid-year and annual compensation cycles end-to-end.
• Partner with HRBP, TA, Finance for compensation guidance (G&A focus).
• Refine compensation philosophy, job architecture, and salary structures.
• Manage comp programs across 100+ countries with local execution.
• Participate in global surveys and manage market data inputs.
• Evaluate roles for level, career alignment, and salary ranges.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of progressive compensation experience.
• Global/distributed workforce experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of job architecture, market pricing, internal equity, pay governance.
• Hands-on in compensation surveys; Aon experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivots.
• Experience working with global remote teams across time zones.
