- Systems-first orientation; scalable workflows reduce manual work.
- Strong analytical foundation; advanced Excel/Google Sheets; dashboards.
- Knowledge of compensation and employment law (FLSA, pay transparency, equity).
- Clear, concise communicator who translates data for executives.
