  • AI fluency; hands-on AI/automation to accelerate analysis.
  • Hands-on experience running cycles: merit, equity, benchmarking.
  • Survey benchmarking with Radford, Aon, Mercer, or similar tools.
  • Systems-first orientation; scalable workflows reduce manual work.
  • Strong analytical foundation; advanced Excel/Google Sheets; dashboards.
  • Knowledge of compensation and employment law (FLSA, pay transparency, equity).
  • Clear, concise communicator who translates data for executives.
