- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF/THEN.
- Experience with Workday Core and Advanced Compensation.
- Deep knowledge of compensation legislation (FLSA, exemptions, Fair Pay).
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
