🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in compensation management, ideally in high-growth SaaS/tech.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF/THEN.
  • Experience with Workday Core and Advanced Compensation.
  • Deep knowledge of compensation legislation (FLSA, exemptions, Fair Pay).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
