  • Provide compensation support to HR and leadership, including design, administration, reporting, planning, budgeting.
  • Co-create year-end compensation across business areas with Rewards team.
  • Support market compensation surveys and benchmarking; analyze results to drive plan innovation.
  • Partner with Recruiting to develop competitive new hire offers and manage related data.
  • Provide analytical assistance on compensation-related matters.
  • Collaborate with partners on project delivery across multiple work streams.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in compensation and/or people analytics (Tech/FinTech preferred).
  • Analytical thinker with high data literacy; translate data into guidance.
  • Knowledge of compensation principles, market trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
  • Energetic self-starter; manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with large, complex data sets.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented.
