- 5+ years in compensation and/or people analytics (Tech/FinTech preferred).
- Analytical thinker with high data literacy; translate data into guidance.
- Knowledge of compensation principles, market trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Energetic self-starter; manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with large, complex data sets.
- Collaborative, team-oriented.
