📋 Description

  • Partner with PBP, TA, and leaders to operationalize Roku’s compensation strategy
  • Stay current on global comp tech and market practices; propose innovations
  • Consult on complex comp matters for offers, transfers, promotions
  • Develop comp communications and training for leaders and employees
  • Design and maintain total comp guidelines and job architecture
  • Build and maintain compensation tools and systems

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive global compensation experience
  • Experience overseeing Workday configuration and compensation tools
  • Analytical capabilities with large data sets and HRIS interfaces
  • Ability to independently lead global projects across multiple functions
  • Excellent business acumen and collaborative stakeholder engagement
