🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in compensation, total rewards, or people analytics.
  • Strong understanding of market pricing, internal equity, pay ranges, leveling.
  • Experience with compensation cycles, offers, equity, incentives, data processes.
  • Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel/Google Sheets; large datasets.
  • Experience with HRIS/comp tools; Pave, Carta, Radford/WTW a plus.
  • Translate data into insights for People, Recruiting, Finance; clear comms.
