- Experience with compensation cycles, offers, equity, incentives, data processes.
- Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel/Google Sheets; large datasets.
- Experience with HRIS/comp tools; Pave, Carta, Radford/WTW a plus.
- Translate data into insights for People, Recruiting, Finance; clear comms.
