  • Manage executive, equity, and sales compensation programs; ensure accurate modeling and compliance.
  • Lead executive compensation reporting, policies, and data integrity; support regulatory filings.

  • Build dashboards and reports for the Compensation Committee and Finance.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in global compensation with equity/executive focus.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; complex modeling; Workday Advanced Compensation.
  • Experience with Equity Edge or E-Trade for stock administration.
  • Strong quantitative skills; track record in compensation modeling.
  • Deep knowledge of equity program design, benchmarking, and regulatory filings.
  • Ability to distill data into clear compensation insights for stakeholders.
