🎯 Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience as a compensation expert in a global company
  • Project Management and Project Delivery experience
  • Knowledge of global compensation trends, regulations and compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills; excellent communication
  • Experience evaluating roles and ensuring consistent job leveling across the organization
  • Corporate compensation management experience (8+ years); Experience with SuccesFactors
