  • Own major compensation programs: pay equity, year-end cycles, and stock processes.
  • Design, develop, and communicate global, market-competitive compensation programs.
  • Conduct job evaluations, leveling, and salary recommendations for internal/external equity.
  • Use AI and automation tools to modernize compensation insights and dashboards.
  • Support governance of job architecture and pay structures across regions.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's in finance, accounting, business administration, or economics.
  • 4-6 years of compensation and/or HR partner experience.
  • Advanced Excel and data analytics skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience managing highly complex projects.
  • International compensation experience is a plus.
