π― Requirements
- Bachelor's in finance, accounting, business administration, or economics.
- 4-6 years of progressive compensation/HR partner experience with end-to-end programs and automation.
- Advanced analytical (Excel) and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience managing highly complex projects with strong time management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; international compensation experience a plus.
