  • Serve as Compensation Partner for a line of business; advise on offers, pay, and retention.
  • Own and lead major compensation programs such as pay equity, year-end cycle, and stock processes.
  • Design and communicate global, market-competitive compensation programs that scale.
  • Conduct job evaluations and leveling; provide salary recommendations for equity.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition on offers; guide leaders with market context.
  • Use AI and automation tools to improve compensation analytics, dashboards, and data-driven insights.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's in finance, accounting, business administration, or economics.
  • 4-6 years of progressive compensation/HR partner experience with end-to-end programs and automation.
  • Advanced analytical (Excel) and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience managing highly complex projects with strong time management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; international compensation experience a plus.
