🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's in finance, accounting, business, or economics.
- 4-6 years experience in compensation/HR with end-to-end programs and automation.
- Advanced Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience managing complex, high-impact projects.
- International compensation experience is a plus.
