🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's in analytical fields such as finance, accounting, business administration, or economics
  • 4-6 years of progressive compensation/HR partner experience with end-to-end programs
  • Advanced Excel analytics and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience managing highly complex projects
  • International compensation experience is a plus
